1 I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to fix the error. If your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. Please be careful when entering your shipping address; Hustle Beauty will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
2 I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Order confirmation emails can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via our contact us page.
3 Do you offer returns?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on our current product selection. All sales will be final.
4 Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
5 My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the issue.

1 Where can I purchase Hustle Beauty products?
Hustle Beauty is available at www.hustlebeauty.com or you can purchase our products from our Amazon Storefront or Instagram & Facebook Shop.
2 Do you offer free samples?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples for our current product selection.
3 Do you offer discounts and/or promotions?
Yes, occasionally we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or sms text alerts to receive news on special offers.
4 Where are your products manufactured?
Our formulas are made in the usa, with globally sourced ingredients.
5 Are your products clean?
Yes. Hustle Beauty creates non-toxic products. We stay clear of harmful chemicals, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances.
6 Are your products vegan?
Yes. You will find this callout on each individual product page, at the bottom of the "ingredients" section.
7 Do you test on animals?
Hustle Beauty does not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.
8 Are your products safe for all skin types?
All of our products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on each product page.
9 How should I store my products?
We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
1 How do I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track the delivery of your order directly on the carrier's website.
2 I did not receive my package, but it says delivered. What should I do?
Generally, your package should arrive before the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered'. If you haven't received it, we recommend checking with anyone at home or your neighbors if they have received it on your behalf. Sometimes the tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as 'Delivered' before they arrive! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days.
3 Do you ship Internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We will not be responsible for additional duties and fees assigned by customs.
